Payment

Coupon codes can only be applied to new orders, not orders that have already been placed.

Shipping

Both national and international orders are shipped via Deutsche Post.

All international orders are send out with tracking.

Standard shipping (only available for domestic customers) does not include insurance. If a package is lost or missing by the post office and you did not purchase the shipping upgrade we are not responsible for reshipping the order.

If your tracked order seems to be lost the investigation from the Deutsche Post takes around 8 weeks.
If the order turns out to be lost I will reship it or refund you.


Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for any added delays or additional cost of reshipping if the address is incorrect.
